2. The Products
The shop sells posters from the American Parks collection: original illustrations, one per national park, numbered in order of the parks' creation. Each poster is available in three sizes (30 x 40 cm, 45 x 60 cm, 60 x 80 cm) and two paper types (200 g/m² matte or 250 g/m² museum-quality). Posters are delivered unframed.
Posters are printed on demand, after your order is placed, by our printing partner Gelato, at the production facility closest to the delivery address. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the printed copy.
American Parks is an independent website. The posters are neither official products of the National Park Service, nor affiliated with it.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment confirmation, at the actual cost of transport based on the delivery country, size, and number of posters. As a guide, for mainland France: from €5.90 to €7.90 for one poster, approximately €13 for two posters of different sizes. The exact amount is displayed before payment. For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged by the carrier; these remain your responsibility.
The seller may modify prices at any time; the applicable price is that displayed at the time of the order.
4. Orders
You build your basket on american-parks.com, then payment is completed on the secure order page hosted by Shopify. After reviewing the summary (products, sizes, address, shipping costs), clicking the payment button constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and an obligation to pay. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Payment methods: those offered on the order page (bank cards and electronic wallets). Payment is collected at the time of order. The seller may refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including a failed payment or a delivery address that cannot be served.
5. Delivery
Production within 2 to 5 business days, then tracked shipping. Estimated delivery times after dispatch: 3 to 8 business days in France, 5 to 12 business days in the rest of Europe, 7 to 15 business days elsewhere. Posters are shipped rolled in a tube or flat in a rigid package. You will receive a tracking link by email.
In the event of a damaged parcel or a defective print, write to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, with a photograph: the poster will be reprinted and reshipped at no cost, or refunded, at your choice.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without having to provide a reason. The posters in the collection are not personalised: the right of withdrawal applies in full.
To exercise this right, send an unambiguous declaration to [email protected] (the form below may be used). The poster must be returned within 14 days of your declaration, in new condition and in packaging that protects the print; return costs are at your expense. The refund, including the original shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method.

7. Legal Warranties
You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and from the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These warranties are exercised with the seller at the address above and are independent of the right of withdrawal.
8. Personal Data
Order data (identity, address, email, payment) is collected by Shopify, which hosts the order page, for the execution of the sale. The name and delivery address are transmitted to Gelato for production and dispatch. This data is neither resold nor used for advertising purposes. The website's policy and your rights are detailed in the legal notice.
9. Intellectual Property
The illustrations in the collection are original creations of American Parks. The purchase of a poster grants the right to the printed copy for private use; it does not convey any transfer of reproduction or distribution rights.
10. Disputes and Mediation
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please write first to [email protected]: a reply is given within 7 days. Failing an agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator responsible for the seller, in accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (contact details provided on request at [email protected] and in the order confirmation). The mediation request must be made within one year of your written complaint to the seller.
